Twin Springs, the Y, library and summer

I love Twin Springs farm market on Tuesdays in the YMCA lot. Just returned with a huge bag full of fresh zucchini, yellow squash, wax beans, raspberries, blueberries, garlic and tomatoes. That, the Y pool and the Davis Library all remind me of summer in Bethesda when my kids were little. I am on an austerity kick (whatever that means in Bethesda) and have about a dozen books on hold at the library. Today picked up another Diana Kennedy cookbook, White Tiger by Aravind Adiga, Firefly Lane by Kristin Hannah and Land of Marvels by Barry Unsworth. I'd best stop typing and start reading. Next up: getting all my poetry on the computer for a new project.
